Deadness Board for American Croquet 6-Wicket
A Deadness Board is used to keep track of one ball's deadness on another. This is a very important part of the game that is extremely hard to recollect from memory without checking the board before each turn.
On the board shown, Blue is dead on Red; Red is dead on Yellow and Blue; Black is dead on Blue; and Yellow is dead on Blue and Black.
A ball becomes dead on another ball when it roquets it. It becomes clean on all balls when it clears a wicket.
Special rules are involved for a Rover ball's deadness.
